CADLY terms of service

These terms govern access to CADLY. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms and the other applicable CADLY policies. Last updated October 17, 2026. Effective November 1, 2026, subject to any longer notice or separate agreement required by law or an existing contractual commitment for affected changes to existing users.

Eligibility and account responsibility

Users must be at least 13, meet any higher minimum age under applicable law and Discord terms, and protect their account credentials. Account sharing, restriction evasion, impersonation, unlawful use, harassment, malware, and security abuse are prohibited. Server administrators must have authority to manage their servers and are responsible for their configuration, staff permissions, and lawful use of member information.

Data and user content

CADLY processes account identifiers, server membership and role data, security information, service diagnostics, and information users choose to provide. Users retain ownership of their content and must have the rights needed to submit it. CADLY receives only the limited rights needed to deliver the service. Unlawful or abusive content can be reported by email, and affected users can request review of removal decisions.

Developer API and independent integrations

Developer API access is limited to approved purposes, servers, permissions, and slots. Key exposure, quota evasion, unauthorized harvesting, migration, exports, backups, resale, and cross-server aggregation are prohibited uses of the developer API. Separate export features and statutory data rights remain available. Independent operators must protect received data, handle lawful retention and rights requests, and report security incidents without undue delay. Responsibility for independent integrations does not remove CADLY's own duties or non-excludable liability.

Service, liability, and governing law

All core features are and will remain free forever. CADLY is for gaming communities and fictional roleplay, not real emergency services or official records. Availability depends in part on third-party platforms. The terms explain service changes, proportionate refunds for permanent withdrawal of prepaid services, limited responsibility for wrongful third-party claims, and Swiss governing law, subject to mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies, and court rights.
